Getting Job In The Middle East

So you are thinking about Jobs in Dubai? So what can you do? First of all – research your opportunities before you leave home.
Job in Dubai
It is important for you as an expat to get the Job before you leave home. It is essential for you if you want to get the highest salary and benefits package. If you are already there and starts looking for Employment you might fail in obtaining the best package you can get.
This is because “local” hiring are a bit more conservative. The employers think since you are already here – you are desperate for a Job even though that might not be the case.
If you are highly educated then I recommend you to use a recruitment agency. That will give you a better idea of what your skills are worth in this market. Remember that service jobs are usually low paid, since there is a lot of competition from the Asian markets.
And don’t despair. Recruitment here can be a long process, where you sometimes feel like giving up. It is not unusual not to hear back from people for months – and as soon as you think it is a lost cause – you might get a phonecall with a Employment offer.
